"evoke-02" is of Crystal surrounded by 40+ page handwritten letters she received while serving a 4-year prison sentence. The letters were from her boyfriend who was also serving time at another prison.

Evoke is life, death, connection, emotion, joy, tragedy, rage, resilience, triumph, agony, burning intensity. Evoke is passion.

Evoke is about exploring the intensity of emotion and feeling in life as brought forth through a connection to objects that elicit a strong emotion.

The main collection will unfold over the weeks and months ahead. There will also be sub-collections that give a deeper look into each shoot and the stories behind the images.
